Phils keep rolling, Win streak up to 9 in a row

The Phils whooped on Ted Lily early and often as they beat the Cubbies 10-1 to win their 9th game in a row and 13 out of their last 14. Rodrigo Lopez got the win for the Fightins as he pitched 6 innings giving up only 1 run on 5 hits, 3 walks and striking out 5. Lopez earned his 2nd win of the season pitching well and shutting down the Cubs who were coming off a 4 game win streak(Against the Nationals though). The bats were alive in last nights game as Raul Ibanez set things off with a 3 run bomb and the Phils never looked back. Chooch had a great night going 2-4 with a homer, double and knocking in 3. Ryan Howard hit a solo shot later in the game going opposite field which usually means one thing....Howard is dialed in. The Phils know face the 1-2 punch the next 2 games of Rich Harden and Carlos Zambrono and hope to keep the momentum going with Country Joe and Jamie Moyer as they continue to pull away in the NL East.
