Apologies for not posting over the past two weeks...traveling for work. But excuses aside we are back and ready to roll. So without further ado here is today's legend:
"The Wonder Dog" Rex Hudler....

In 1998 the Philadelphia Phillies were the team that washed up veterans signed with in order to stay in the bigs...only to eventually realize that their careers were really over. Rex Hudler was one of those players.
His two year stay in Philadelphia covered 75 games and a final season batting average 0f .122 (ouch). So for not realizing your time was finished and trying to stick it out as long as possible today "WonderDog" let Rooftop Bleachers be your fire hydrant and Salute You!!
